Gems

There are Gems in every conversation! Gems are the conversation takeaways that may be important to you, your team or customers. Gems are automatically found through AI and will be waiting for you as unconfirmed insights after every recording.

Versational AI automatically finds, extracts and summarizes important speaker mentions as insights, takeaways or action items. You can share these insights or Gems with others, pin them to playlists or export them to your CRM project tools (Jira, etc.) in your preferred format (pdf, docx, txt, csv, excel).  Select all the Gems or the Gems most relevant to you.  You can also compliment these Gems with Custom Topic Trackers.

Gems for Sales Teams

Sales Gems identifies buyer interest, intent and objections from sales meetings or calls.

Project Management AI Gems

The AI Project Management Gems provide Project Managers with the Decisions, Actions Items, Issues and Objections that surface or discussed in PM meetings.


Calendar
After you join Versational, it’s important to connect it to your preferred go-to everyday calendar. One calendar integration is allowed. For more information on calendar integrations, see Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook.

Notifications

Select the Notifications section. Change the toggle button to on or off when you want to be notified by email. Changes take place immediately.

Under the Integrations tab, view all your active integrations. Select 'See all integrations' to connect a new integration. See integrations for further details.

Set the time zone for your recording time stamps.
