Calendar

To use the calendar feature, you must have your Outlook or Google calendar integrated. For more information on integrations, see our integrations section.

The calendar is a great place for you to see what Versational meetings you have coming up. Easily join the meeting directly from Versational or upload the recording for it afterwards. Make sure your meeting link is in the calendar event if you have an automated recording integration like Google Meet, Teams or Zoom!

It will default to your weekly schedule. Select another day to see what's coming up or click the month to change the date completely. Your next meeting will show in purple on the left and the other meetings will show on the right for the week.

From the details page you can edit the title and date, change the attendees, upload a file, or add a meeting link.

Click on any of the calendar events to see more details. You can also take notes which will be saved on the results page for a recording associated with this calendar event.
