Gems

There are Gems in every conversation! Gems are the conversation takeaways that may be important to you, your team or customers. Gems are automatically found through AI and will be waiting for you as unconfirmed insights after every recording. Versational AI automatically finds, extracts and summarizes important speaker mentions as insights, takeaways or action items. 

Gems are essentially the most important topics that need to be identified to get the most out of your call. Right now, the use cases we cover are for internal meetings, sales calls, and project management.  See Settings for how to configure your Gems and Custom Topics. 

Easily add or edit gems to an insight by using the topic dropdown and going to either Meetings Gems or Sales Gems.

Your gems will be your first playlists waiting for you on your playlists page as well. Easily see any and all of the insights associated with those gems by clicking on a playlist for them on the playlists page.
