HubSpot Integration

Overview

With Versational's HubSpot integration, you can auto-fill HubSpot records in 2-clicks with insights from your recorded meetings or calls. Versational discovers, extracts then categorizes speaker insights as Custom topics or Gems.  Examples of categories include action items, issues, decisions, goals, identified needs and much more. You save time by sending these extracted insights and topics as a Task, Event or Note to your HubSpot Contact and Company records. Other benefits for using Versational's HubSpot integration:
  1. Auto-assignment of speakers from each recording to your HubSpot contacts
  2. Enrichening your HubSpot contacts with relationship intelligence

Installing the HubSpot integration

Only admins can install the HubSpot integration initially. Once the admin has set it up and migrated your records, any other user in your organization can connect their account using the same integration.

To install HubSpot for Versational, go to your 'My Profile & Settings' page and scroll down to the 'Integrations' section. Select 'Modify' to see a list of available integrations.



From your list of available integrations, select HubSpot.

On the integration page, click on the 'Connect' button to be redirected to your HubSpot login portal. Log in through your portal to be redirected back to Versational.


Once you are connected, scroll down to see the available records you can migrate over to Versational. Select 'Migrate Records' to complete the integration and view your contacts inside of Versational. This step is only for the admin who initially sets up the integration; not for other users. Once your records have migrated, you will be notified.  If you need additional assistance, you can watch the short video for integrations by selecting the (?) icon in the bottom right corner of the page.
