How do you archive or delete a team member?

How do you archive a team member?

To archive a user, click on the three dots to the right of the row and press 'Archive.'
This is an admin only action.
Archived users will appear at the bottom of the team members list in light gray text.
Unarchive them any time using the same method.

How do you delete a team member?

To delete a team member, select 'Remove seats'.

From the popup, you can view how many active team members you have. Since you need as many seats as active team members, you will need to archive some team members if you'd like to bring your seats below that number. Select 'Remove members' to go to your user table and archive team members.

Select the number of seats you would like to go down to. You will be informed on how many seats you are removing and what your next payment will be. Changes will take effect at the beginning of the next pay period.

Select 'Remove seats' to remove the seats.
