Manage Team Members & Assign Permissions

Invite Team Members

To invite more people to your team, go to your 'Settings' and then your 'Team Settings' tab. The 'Invite Team Members' tab on top will allow you to invite as many team members as you want. Simply type in their email, specify their roles, then select 'Invite.'  They will receive an email inviting them to signup for Versational as part of your ogranization. Note that this is an admin-only option.

If you do not have seats, you can go to your 'Organization Settings' and add more seats if you are an admin. Find out more here. You will be notified if you do not have enough seats when inviting users.

Assign Team Member Roles

When inviting team members, you can assign roles as administrator. A matrix for roles and permissions is provided below.

Manage Team Members

To edit existing team members, go to the 'All Team Members' section below. Here, you will see a list of everyone on your team and their email IDs. Admins and managers can change a role if the team member has the same role as them or management level below. Only you can edit your title.

User Permissions by Assigned Role (Admin, Manager, User)
To archive a user, click on the three dots to the right of the row and select 'Archive'. This is an admin only action.

If the administrator archives a team member, the recording history is maintained.

Archived users will appear at the bottom of the team members' list in light gray text. Unarchive them any time using the same method. If a team member (user) is archived, you are still charged a subscription seat cost for the archived team member.

If the administrator archives a team member, the archived team member can no longer access their account. After the administrator archives a user, the user will not be able to log in. They will receive an 'Account has been deactivated' message when entering the password.
