How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscription cancellation

Cancel your subscription without charges or restrictions on your settings page (requires a login). Go to 'Organization Settings' and select 'Change Plan' under 'Subscription & Billing'. Click on "Cancel Subscription." 
You must be an account admin to cancel (i.e., admin pays for the subscription).
