You can access live chat or email ticket support by selecting the "Help Center" in your profile circle icon.

Live chat help
To contact support, click on the bottom right support icon in the Help Center. Customer support agents are available during our normal business operating hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST.
How to create a support ticket
You can also create a ticket from the Help Center.Tickets are responded to within 1 business day of submittal. A response to your ticket request will be sent to the email associated with your Versational Account.
