What do I do if my sign-on is blocked by a 'Captcha' error notification?
Captcha helps verify that whoever is signing on is a person and not an AI bot.
Sometimes Captcha may block your sign-on because of cookie build-up or too much cache history in your browser.
If this notification error occurs on the sign-on page, please clear your cookies and history from your browser cache (Chrome, Firefox, etc.). If you still cannot sign-on, please contact our support by using chat on our general website page www.versational.ai.
