With Versational's Salesforce integration, you can capture insights for your Salesforce contacts with only two clicks. You'll be able to easily view and manage contact interactions in your calls.
Installing the Salesforce integration
Only admins can install the Salesforce integration initially. Once the admin has set it up and migrated your records, any other user in your organization can connect their account using the same integration.
To install Salesforce for Versational, go to your 'My Profile & Settings' page and scroll down to the 'Integrations' section. Select 'Modify' to see a list of available integrations.
How to view available integrations From your list of available integrations, select Salesforce.

Then click on the 'Connect' button to be redirected to your Salesforce login portal. Log in through your portal to be redirected back to Versational.
Connect your Salesforce account
Once you are connected, scroll down to see the available records you can migrate to Versational. Select 'Migrate Records' to complete the integration and view your contacts inside of Versational. This step is only for the admin who initially sets up the integration, not for other users.
