Questions
This release introduces Questions. A new feature that uses custom built AI-model to identify questions and answers in the recorded conversations. It creates a great place for people to see all things related to questions such as total number of questions, questions with answers and unanswered questions in a conversation. The questions are highlighted in blue in the transcript to help identify them easily.
Users are able to filter the questions by speakers, add comments against a question, like a question or pin a question so that it remains ever visible.
Editing and Deleting Topics
For a Versational user, it is now easy to edit and delete Custom Topics and keep them organised, just like the keywords. The process of organising, editing and deleting Custom Topics have also been simplified.
They key enhancements are:
- Ability to edit and delete Custom Topics
- All management of topics are now in a single place - Settings. Makes life a whole lot easier!
- AI Topics are now rightly called Gems
- When a Custom Topic is renamed, the new name is automatically reflected in Insights
- When a Custom Topic is deleted, it is automatically removed from Insights
- Newly created playlists are highlighted
- Resolved latency issues with deletion of Attendees
