Custom Vocabulary
This release introduces Custom Vocabulary. A new feature to enable users to specify words or phrases that they use frequently which are perhaps domain-specific such as healthcare or manufacturing. Such words or phrases may not be common and are not always listed in the dictionary that is used to transcribe audio recordings by the ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) module. Specifying such words in the Settings allows Versational to recognise them during transcription generation. This feature is especially
helpful in industries with a lot of domain-specific terminology such as medicine and healthcare.
Change account Email and Password
Versational users can take complete control and ownership of their account by changing the email address and/or password associated with the account.
- Improved Sign Up process. New users are automatically assigned to the Free Trial package. No need to manually select it. Provide Email address -> Name and Password -> Account Created. So much easier!
- Really easy to remove Gems association by deselecting them within Insights
- Improved Context-driven Topic Tracker to track phrases
