🚀 New
Easier to share recordings externally
We have enhanced the ability to share recordings externally by making it possible to share recordings externally. You can share a recording externally from the same place that you share the recording with teammates. The external share link to the recording is now automatically included in the share email. So no need to cut and paste the link anymore.
Export Notes
We now have introduced the ability to export notes along with the other Conversational Intelligence insights. You can decide if you would like Notes to be included in the export via the 'Toggle' in the export page.
