New recordings are automatically recognised by AI-Ally

New recordings uploaded to Versational will now automatically added to AI-Ally 'library'. There is now no need to manually summarise to add recording to AI-Ally. The new AI-Ally icon with a Green border will be shown nect to a recording that is in the AI-Ally library. See the image below.

Add older recordings to AI-Ally - Single or Batch

Now older conversation recordings can be added to AI-Ally 'library'. Recordings that are not recognised by AI-Ally will have a Red border around the AI-Ally icon as shown in the image below. Click on the AI-Ally icon to add the recording to AI-Ally. The AI-Ally icon will begin to spin and then the border will turn to Green once the recording is added to the AI-Ally library.

Refreshed and easier to read Recordings page

The recordings page, that lists all your recordings has been simplified to make it easier for you to get an at-a-glance information about each recording. We have also now added 'quick actions' to share and export the recordings you own. Only the recordings that can be shared will show the Share 'quick action' so you don't have to click on every recording to find out if it can be shared.

The one-sentence summary has been truncated with a hover with the full summary to help with the easier readability and allow more recordings to be listed in one page.

Assigning users to a recording is now easy. Unassigned users have red borders and a hyperlink below them to 'Assign Users'.

Simplified external and internal sharing

The external and internal sharing of a recording has been greatly simplified. It now uses a single UI for both internal and external recipients. This allows you to share a recording with your team members and external users at the same time. 

The Share window now also has a separate list of Versational users who have access to your recording and identifies them as your Team Members or External Users. You can revoke access from any user from this list by simply clicking on the 'X' next to the Versational User in the list.

Other enhancements

1. Mic recording has been enhanced to recover or discard incomplete recordings and to allow to start a new recording while a previous recording is being analysed by Versational.

2. All Versational messages are now from AI-Ally at the bottom right.
