Batch Deletion of recordings

Batch deletion of recordings has been introduced to allow deletion of more than one recording at a time. Select the recordings to delete and then delete them with one click of a button. Note: You can only delete the recordings that you are the owner of.






Shortened Gems phrases

Versational ML models now highlight in bold relevant portions of transcript to make it easier to quickly grasp the Gems discovered in a conversation, This also helps reduce cognitive load.




🔧  Fixes and Improvements
  1. New Recording - Clicking on Mic Recording now goes directly to the new conversation page and starts the recording. Less clicks to start a new recording from within Versational.
  2. Improved integration experience with CRM by removing irrelevant company names from the Company pulldown menu.
  3. Gems that are hidden using "x" in the Insights (unconfirmed or confirmed) are now also hidden in the question and response section
