Smart To Dos

Versational has now enhanched the presentation of the Action Items. The actual spoken text from which the  Action Items has been paraphrased to ensure actions items are easy to read and understand. This improves productivity whilst reducing cognitive load. See an example below:

An Action Item was identified from Sanjay's utterance "We just want to finish this and then we will get on to that.."
Versational using its context-based ML model converted the utterance to "We will complete the current task and move to the next one" - which is easier to understand than the actual utterance.







Invite team members from External Share

Versational makes it even easier to invite your team members. 
When you share your recordings externally, Versational detects potential members of your teams from their email address and offers to send them an invite to join your team (see image below)
This also means that existing Versational users can now join your team.

Any versational user can be a member of only one team, of course, for data security reasons.
