Collaboration Hub
View all the speakers in your recordings in one place! Each time you assign a speaker in a recording, you'll have the option to create a new participant. You can view the participants created by you and your team on the Collaboration Hub page. Navigate to this page on the left menu.
From here, you can search and filter participants to find the one you're looking for. View who created the participant under the Participants column. Select a participant name in blue to see their information and recording data.
Salesforce and HubSpot Integrations
The wait is over! You can now find Salesforce and HubSpot integrations in your Integration page and connect your account. Easily migrate your records and view them inside of Versational. Assign contacts to speakers in your recordings and send insights back to relevant records in your CRM in 2 clicks.

Context Finder for Topic Trackers
Use our new AI engine for Topic Trackers to find topics with better accuracy. Instead of having to list out all the keywords you can think of, you can list some keywords and our Context Finder will look at the context of your keywords to find insights.
