Analytics Dashboard
The new Analytics Dashboard provides Conversational Intelligence (CI) information from all your meetings. It provides insights and analytics for every speaker in your meetings. This information helps to understand the interaction patterns between the speakers, communication traits of individual speaker and the overall effectiveness of the meetings. The CI from the Dashboard can be used to decide on any future course of action to identify what is working and what can be improved in the meetings and overall communication process.
There information is organized into two levels :
- L1 - across all recordings (See figure 1)
- L2 - for individual recording per speaker (See figure 2)
The Dashboard provides the following insights:
- Number of conversations a speaker has attended
- Talk Duration
- Talk-Ratio - The ratio of the talk time of the speaker compared to other speakers in the meeting(s)
- Overall Sentiment of the speaker across all the meetings
